Program Scope

Caterpillar Club is an educational literacy enrichment program and is not speech-language therapy or group therapy.

Participation does not include a speech-language evaluation, diagnosis, individualized treatment goals, plan of care, or therapy services.

Caterpillar Club is not intended to replace individualized evaluation or therapy when those services are needed.

Program Policies

Please review the following Caterpillar Club policies before completing registration.
Registration Deadline Policy

Registration is available on a first-come, first-served basis and must be completed by the published program deadline. Registration may close earlier if the group reaches capacity.

Registration is not accepted after the published deadline. Families who miss enrollment may join the interest list or waitlist for a future program season.

Minimum Enrollment Policy

Each program requires a minimum number of participants in order to provide the intended group experience.

For Fall 2026, a minimum of 3 participants is required. If minimum enrollment is not met by the registration deadline, Wonder Wings Pediatric Therapy will cancel the season and notify enrolled families as soon as possible.
Families affected by a minimum-enrollment cancellation will receive the full-season refund outlined in the Cancellation & Refund Policy and may be offered priority or early registration for a future program season.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Registration for Caterpillar Club is for the full Fall 2026 season and includes three live virtual book club meetings, books and program materials, shipping, and related program preparation.
Participant Withdrawal or Missed Meetings
Seasonal registration fees are nonrefundable if a participant withdraws from Caterpillar Club after registration. Refunds or credits are not provided for meetings missed by a participant, including absences due to illness, scheduling conflicts, or other personal circumstances.
If a participant withdraws from Caterpillar Club, any books or materials already provided may be kept; however, future program materials will not be shipped after withdrawal.
Season Cancellation
If Wonder Wings Pediatric Therapy cancels the entire Fall 2026 season, including because the minimum enrollment of 3 participants is not met, families will receive a full refund of the $250 seasonal registration fee.
Live-Meeting Refunds
If Wonder Wings Pediatric Therapy determines that a canceled live meeting cannot be made up, families will receive a $50 refund representing the live-meeting portion of the seasonal fee. The refund will be initiated within 14 days of that determination.

Refunds will be returned through the original payment transaction whenever applicable. Processing times after a refund is initiated may vary by financial institution.

Books, materials, and other program items already provided to participants remain theirs to keep and are not included in the live-meeting refund.
Missed Meeting Policy

Enrollment reserves a participant’s space for the full program season. If a participant is unable to attend a scheduled meeting, the meeting is forfeited. Individual make-up meetings are not provided for participant absences.

Participants may continue to use any program materials provided for the missed meeting.

Make-up meetings are only offered when a regularly scheduled meeting is canceled by Wonder Wings.

Meetings Canceled by Wonder Wings
If Wonder Wings Pediatric Therapy must cancel a scheduled live meeting, a makeup meeting will be offered whenever possible. Families will be notified of the designated makeup date and time, and that makeup meeting will replace the canceled meeting.

If a participant is unable to attend the designated makeup meeting, the Missed Meeting Policy applies. If Wonder Wings determines that a makeup meeting cannot be provided, the $50 live-meeting refund outlined in the Cancellation & Refund Policy applies.
Parent/Caregiver Presence Expectations

Because Caterpillar Club participants are young children, a parent or caregiver must remain on the premises and be reasonably available for the duration of each meeting.

Parents and caregivers are not required to remain beside the participant throughout the entire meeting if the participant is able to engage independently. However, an adult should be available to assist as needed with technology, accessing materials, behavioral support, or other needs that may arise during the meeting.

Wonder Wings facilitates the virtual group experience but is not responsible for supervising participants in their home or other remote setting.

Virtual Behavior & Participation Expectations

Caterpillar Club is designed to be an interactive, age-appropriate small-group experience. Participants are encouraged to engage in discussion, activities, movement, and sharing throughout each meeting.

Participants are expected to use respectful language, allow others opportunities to speak, follow reasonable group directions, and use program materials appropriately.

Movement, excitement, occasional interruptions, and the need for redirection are developmentally appropriate and expected. However, if a participant’s behavior is significantly interfering with their own participation or the experience of the group, a parent or caregiver may be asked to assist.

Participants should join from a location where they can hear and engage with the group as comfortably as possible. Families are responsible for providing a reliable internet connection, a device capable of accessing the virtual meeting, and working audio.

Cameras are encouraged during meetings to support interaction and engagement, though temporary technology difficulties are understandable.

Recording & Privacy Policy

Caterpillar Club meetings are not routinely recorded by Wonder Wings.

Participants, parents, caregivers, and other individuals may not record, photograph, screenshot, or screen-record any portion of a Book Club meeting.

Families should also respect the privacy of other participants by not sharing another participant’s name, image, voice, comments, or identifying information outside of the group.

If Wonder Wings ever wishes to use a participant’s image, recording, or other identifiable content for marketing or educational purposes, separate written permission will be requested. Participation in Caterpillar Club is not dependent on providing media consent.

Mailed Materials Policy

Program materials are mailed to the shipping address provided during registration. Families are responsible for providing a complete and accurate address and for notifying Wonder Wings of any address changes before the next scheduled mailing.

All mailed program packages are shipped with tracking. Tracking information is maintained by Wonder Wings and is available upon request.

If a package appears to be lost in transit or arrives with significantly damaged or unusable contents, families should contact Wonder Wings as soon as possible. Photos of damaged items or packaging may be requested.

Wonder Wings will make reasonable efforts to assist with the shipping carrier and, when appropriate, replace affected books or program materials. Replacement applies only to items that are missing, unusable, or significantly damaged and does not necessarily include replacement of the entire mailing.

Exact replacement items, packaging, or occasional supplemental items may not always be available. Comparable substitutions may be provided when necessary.

Wonder Wings is not responsible for delivery issues caused by an incorrect or incomplete address, an unreported address change, or a package that is not retrieved after delivery. If re-shipping is required because of a family-side address or delivery issue, the family may be responsible for additional shipping costs.

Program Materials & Substitutions Policy

Featured books and supporting materials are selected in advance. If an item becomes unavailable or cannot reasonably be obtained, Wonder Wings may substitute a comparable edition, format, book, or program material when necessary.

Any substitutions will be selected to maintain the overall quality and purpose of the program experience.
